The shape of the chair is quite simple, 4 round legs with a bended back cushion and a seat cushion. Seat cushion and back cushion are covered by black colour leather, generally looks it is a modern furniture.
The entire frame of this chair are made of wood, and both frame of two cushions are made of wood as well.
Basically The design of the chair is consist of straight lines, so there are not a lot of hard work to do with this chair, but it is still not easy to manufacture. The legs are not a cylindrical shape, radius of the heads is smaller than the middle radius, so the shape of the legs problably are cut to be the shape and sanded to be smooth, then a hollow is cut for side frame joint, and finally covered by a transparent shiny paint. The side frames are made by the similar procedures to the legs. Side frame and front leg are glue to gather after the side frame incert the hollow of leg. It is the similar way to assemble back leg and side frame, but they are fixed by screws.
The wooden frame of seat is simply nailed and covered by a black leather which is fix by staple. The manufacture mothed of back cushion is similar to the seat, but the internal frame problably is not bended, it problably be made by cutting, just try to save time.
